Ten years ago, I was invited to a group discussion which led to the ‘The Winner Takes it All?” publication by Laura Robertson of The Double Negative. Looking at Liverpool the 2008 City of Culture and other cities, it ask what would such investment mean for the visual arts. 10 Years on, at 6pm 7.10.18 we will get back together via The Royal Standard and various electronics to return to the conversation and ask ourselves what has changed?
