Return of the Dirt Band is a musical workshop for anyone who has never been in a rock band. The workshop lasts 1 hour during which a group of strangers collaborate on a band name, workshop lyrics for a song and with the facilitation of the Dirt Band musicians write, perform and record a song in 60 minutes. At the end of the hour the band symbolically splits up citing ‘musical differences’ and the group is left with a recording of the band they were in.
